Hooray for Veggie Burgers! Miniature Food Composition, Stéphanie Kilgast, PetitPlat, get the print on redbubble

Today is international meat-out day.
In case you’re wondering why, here why you might want to re-consider your meat consumption in terms of ecology.
I have never really touched the animal rights aspect of it, but in case you are vegetarian and interested in veganism, I recommend listening to the rational approach of “Unnatural Vegan” over on youtube.

Now that’s out of the way, let’s dive into deliciousness!

I myself am sculpting and sharing my favorite vegan recipes slowly.
There aren’t much, but here they are :

And here a selection of delicious vegan meals, I often make similar recipes at home, but haven’t tried all these specific ones 🙂
I’m sure you’ll find something to your taste 🙂
Let me know below if you have any favorite vegan recipes!

Easy Vegan Fried Rice, Minimalist Baker

Chickpea & Butternut Indian Curry by Vikalinka

Easy Lo Mein by Damn Delicious (I make this almost weekly)

Vegan mayo by Vegane Rezepte. German recipe, but the key is to use Kalak Namak Salt. Trust me. If you loved mayo, you’ll love this one.

Falafel by Gimme Some Oven Any true falafel recipe is vegan by definition and normally you are supposed to use raw soaked chickpeas and fried them. But hey, baked, in the pan, or fried, they’re all delicious!

Veggies Burgers Basics by Vegan Richa. I *love* veggie burgers. I love the crazy variations, the different flavour you can obtain. It’s also a great way to use leftovers. 😀

Vegan lentil bolognese by Food 52. Red wine and herbs are keys for a good tomato sauce.
