Hello there!
Welcome to the shop policy / FAQ / Stuff you need to know if you want to buy something.
Here you should find all answers to your most pressing questions about my work. HOWEVER, if there’s something you are still wondering about, just shoot me an e-mail and I’ll answer within 2 working days tops, most of the time in a couple of hours.

I (Stéphanie Kilgast), sculpt everything myself. That includes each step from the sculpting to the assembling. I also prepare the orders and answer e-mails.
However the art prints and all printed goodies are taken care of by a third party, made to order and shipped to you directly.


Materials and medium are always stated in each description. The medium I use the most is polymer clay and I use the brands Fimo and Cernit. Sadly they don’t pay me for saying that, but take it from me, these are good brands.
The jewelry is mounted on different types of materials. I use titanium for the earrings studs, which is THE best material out there if you have sensitive skin. For the dangle earrings I use sterling silver or brass, because it looks nicer.
I’m happy to change the metal findings to something you like better, if that’s the case, just get in touch with me.


If you wish an artwork specifically made for you, please contact me.

If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.
If you need more time, just let me know.
I’m also happy to accept orders in several times over a few weeks or months, through a weekly or monthly paying plan and put the artwork you are interested aside.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
The shipping price depends on the weight of your order and your address. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see customized shipping prices for your order. You can select your worldwide shipping method from a variety of options, including next day after fulfillment.

Processing times

Jewelry + Artwork

I process and ship the jewelry and artwork myself. Shipping rates are shown in the cart during check-out.
I try to process the orders as quickly as I can, but it can take up to 1 week. Usually it takes 1 day, unless it’s a made to order item, which is usually clearly stated in the product description.

Art Prints + Printed Goods

The art prints and printed goodies are taken care of a third party.
The print is made to order and prepared in 2–5 business. They state it usually takes 3 days for them to print and ship out the order.
Depending on what you are buying, you might get several packages, as each type of product ships slightly differently.

Art prints and clothes are printed either in the USA or in the EU, depending where you live.
Phone cases are printed in the USA

Asia, Australia : 10 – 20 Days up to 6 weeks
Europe: 3 – 10 days up to 3 weeks
France: 1 – 3 days up to 2 weeks

Whatever happens, always contact me first.
If something arrives broken to you, contact me with a picture of the broken object.
I will ask you to return the broken object and will make you a new one.
If you’re disappointed with your purchase, you can either exchange it or get a refund.
I accept returns within 14 days after reception of your order.
The return shipping costs are at your own charge.
I do not accept returns on customized items or items on sale.

Return your item(s) unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
I will refund the price for the items and the shipping upon receipt of the items.
When shipping the items back, the items are your responsibility until they reach me. So if they get lost I will not take responsibility for them (hence not refund you).
I will not refund special shipping costs that were made on your request and that differ from my standard shipping.
