Flowery Sculptures

For a little more than a month I have been working on realistic replicas of natural elements for a client.
I added the final touches on Sunday and everything is leaving today, on Monday. Yaaay!
It has been quite challenging for certain flowers but also very enriching.

I took the opportunity to record some of the process and created a class about roses on skillshare.
I might also create a class about the lavender, though, I don’t think anyone would really want to go through the trouble and time to sculpt these ^^’

I also sculpted some salt and also a peculiar plant, Padina Pavonica, that you can see just below.
The padina pavonica is especially interesting! The texture and shape is certainly something I’d like to play with in future sculptures.

And here below all the elements I made, minus the salt and padina pavonica of course.
