La Plage de Plouharnel

La Plage de Plouharnel by Stephanie Kilgast

Hello folks! 🙂

We are lucky enough to live close to the see. So when the sunshine finally kicks in, we make sandwiches (I have a preference for the combo avocado, tomato and mozzarella, with herbs, a bit of olive oil and pepper) and off we go.
When it comes to going to the beach, we always go to “la plage de Plouharnel”, which is a gigantic beach of about 6 km.
There is always lots of space, which I find the most appealing.
As we are total wimps, and the weather was beautiful but the wind cold, we didn’t swim, just walked fully clothed and sun bathed in swimsuits.
Ok our legs went into the sea, but that’s about it 😀
As it’s always so windy, there are always people kite surfing and people who ride sailing cars on the beach.

As the tide is quite strong here and the beach very flat, water will stay on just a few millimeters making a beautiful reflection of the landscape, as you can see below.

I hope you have gorgeous weather too and enjoy the outsides a bit 🙂
xx
Stéphanie
