Today is international meat-out day.
In case you’re wondering why, here why you might want to re-consider your meat consumption in terms of ecology.
I have never really touched the animal rights aspect of it, but in case you are vegetarian and interested in veganism, I recommend listening to the rational approach of “Unnatural Vegan” over on youtube.
Now that’s out of the way,
let’s dive into deliciousness!

Vegan mayo by Vegane Rezepte. German recipe, but the key is to use Kala Namak Salt. Edit : I now use 1 part of silken tofu, 1 part oil, Kala Namak salt and for the color : sweet pepper and curcuma
Falafel by Gimme Some Oven Any true falafel recipe is vegan by definition and normally you are supposed to use raw soaked chickpeas and fried them. But hey, baked, in the pan, or fried, they’re all delicious!
Veggies Burgers Basics by Vegan Richa. I *love* veggie burgers. I love the crazy variations, the different flavour you can obtain. It’s also a great way to use leftovers. 😀
Vegan lentil bolognese by Food 52. Red wine and herbs are keys for a good tomato sauce.
