In 2015, for 233 days, I have sculpted one different fruit or vegetable every day.
I did this challenge to encourage people to eat more plants and less animal products and to show that there’s much more than salad out there.
Because of the environmental impact of meat and the possibility for humans to live on plants, I changed my diet gradually over time.
It proved to be too much information to contain so I shared this via this project.
